Patina Miller is a Tony Award-winning American actress and singer. She won the Tony for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as the Leading Player in the 2013 Broadway revival of Pippin, after originating Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act on the West End and Broadway. On screen, she's known as Commander Paylor in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay films, Daisy Grant on Madam Secretary, and Raq Thomas on Starz's Power Book III: Raising Kanan.
